The Terms That Determine Who Pays — and Who Risks

Incoterms define exactly where risk, cost, and responsibility transfer between buyer and seller. Get them wrong and you could be paying for freight you didn't expect, or holding liability for cargo that was never really under your control.

We don't just execute the Incoterm you choose — we advise on which one actually suits your specific trade lane, supplier relationship, and risk appetite before you sign anything.

Common Terms We Manage

EXW — Ex Works

Buyer takes responsibility from the seller's premises. Maximum buyer control, maximum buyer risk.

FOB — Free On Board

Seller loads at origin port. Buyer handles freight, insurance and destination costs.

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

Seller (or UKF on your behalf) handles everything — freight, customs, duties, final delivery.

DAP / C&F

Risk and cost split at specific points in the journey — tailored to your trade relationship.
